CONTACTLESS CHECK IN

Your key will be left in the Pod for you, ready for your arrival.
All checks have been done to ensure, Gas, Hot water, Safety Alarms are all working correctly.
You will be sent a Text/email with your Pod number on the day prior/day of your arrival!

OFF THE GRID GLAMPING

Switch off from world and enjoy your stay surrounded by nature! With battery packs only for the lights in the Pods gives you a perfect excuse to switch that phone off and make lasting memories during your stay!

HOME COMFORTS

Fully equipped with all the Kitchenware you need and Bed linen with Towels included!
There's a Gas stove and a Kettle, Cool Box provided with ice packs!
Bbq available to use by your Pod! ( add on Coal for £3 )

Pack Shack!

Battery Packs

Gas Stove

The Pack Shack has Battery Packs and Ice Packs in for the Cool boxes. Please return the Ice Packs on your departure.
When swapping your Battery pack over, please pop the one that needs charging on charge - Thank you!

Battery Packs power the lights in the Pods, you can use the packs to charge mobile devices, please note that this will drain the battery and will be a slow charge. We would recommend to bring your own battery packs for charging your phones if you have one.

To work the gas stove, simply hold in the knob and turn whilst you keep pressing in the clicker and the gas will then ignite. From there you can turn to adjust the heat level. The middle hob doesn't have a clicker and will need to use the matches provided.

Our on call team

We do all the checks before you arrive including, Gas, Hot water, Battery Pack is fully charged, Safety Alarms in the Pod.
If is possible that issues arises during your stay.
If there are any maintenance issues or you need help with anything, please do call us if we are not on site. Our number is 07769 226797. No issues are too small ! We want to make sure you enjoy your stay with us with no worries.

Arrival time from 3pm - Departure time is 10am

On Departure - please wash up anything you have used and pop back in the cupboards. Get ride of any rubbish in the Bin Black bin which is in the rear carpark and simply leave your key in the Pod.

Glamping Site Rules

Please take a moment to read through the site rules.

Please dispose of your Rubbish in the correct bins provided in the Rear carpark
Dogs must remain on leads at all times and please pick up any dog poo and dispose of.
No loud music after 10pm - please respect other guests as this is a family friendly Glamping site.
No smoking at the Glamping site. You can use the grass area round by the rear carpark to smoke.
As we are a family friendly site we do not tolerate fowl language, please be respectful and mindful of children on site - thank you!

In case of a fire, please exit the Pod immediately and head straight to the main carpark - call 999!
For non life-threatening emergencies, you can call 111.
Please report any damages in the accommodation or at the Site to a member of staff.
Please return the ice packs to the Shack on departure.
Our out of hours team are on hand for any issues, you may need to hold when you call as they are managing other properties also.

We highly Recommend the Crown Pub, They also offer West Point Guests 10% off! In the Summer they have a lovely pub garden to enjoy a nice pub meal and a cool beverage. They are very popular so we do recommend to book in advance if you wish to dine

The Roundhouse hub and Cafe is located on Biggar Bank and has beautiful panoramic views of the shore. There is also a park for the kids! On a clear day you can see Isle of Man and Blackcombe. (Open 10 - 4 most days)

Tavs Burger van! - Only a 5 minute walk away, they serve hot and cold food and has plenty of picnics benches outside. Popular with Bikers!

The nearest Convenience shop is on Mill Lane. 10 minute walk from here and has all the essentials. On the Island there is also a Small Tesco and Coop.

Places to Visit

Earnse Bay Beach is a small sand and shingle beach. It is only a 10 minute walk away! Perfect place to take your dog for walk. It also has plenty of rock pools to explore with the kids. This beach is popular with windsurfing also and in the evening is a perfect spot to watch the sunset

From Earnse Bay. If you walk along the beach in front of the static caravans. This takes you to the North Walney Nature Reserve! There is a circular walk which takes an hour 30 to walk. There's lovely views towards BlackCombe and is perfect for bird watching. It is also a habitat for the Natterjack Toads!
